House 2614 is simple Country Village styled home located within the Waterfall Country Village Estate.
The project commenced in the middle of 2015 when the conceptual design was started. The project went to site in early 2016 and was finished in late 2016.
The house makes use of simple materials on both the outside and the inside of the house. Plaster and painted walls are contrasted by the use of facebrick walls and timber floors.
The use of concrete floors in some of the rooms adds texture and visual interest to the internal spaces.
The house is perfect for entertainment. Firstly with the open plan design of the living areas and secondly with UC entertainment area and patio being closely linked to this.
The house, which measures in at 442sqm has 4bedrooms, a study, pyjama lounge, tv room, lounge, kitchen, dining room, scullery, UC Patio & open patio along with 3 garages.
All the rooms and spaces in the house is spacious and comfortable with ample amounts of natural light and ventilation throughout.
The lighting combined with the use of facebrick & timber throughout the house gives the home a warm welcoming feel.
The house is ultimately much more than just a house design. It is a comfortable country home with loads to offer.
